Johnson, dieron un pianista con suficientes rasgos personales como The Oscar Peterson trío para ser considerado un caso aparte. En principio, el saxofonista que estaba contratado para estas grabaciones era Charlie Ventura pero finalmente se cambió por Young (bendito cambio). El resultado, como podéis degustar, fue espectacular, lo que llevó a Verve a editarlo.
