Uno más para la colección ppj, gracias. Veo que estás en el mismo gremio que yo estuve hace tiempo. Seguramente conocerás algunos de los sitios que trabajé en Marbella. En Marbella Club Hotel, Restaurante Cipriano de Puerto Banus, Y Restaurante La Hacienda, También en la Discoteca PH, ahora convertida en un restaurante, entre otros. Un abrazo.
Hola Diego.....el restaurante La Hacienda de Paul Schiff el Belga, creó la primera escuela de hostelería en la costa del sol, conocerías a Salvador, su jefe de cocina, Catalina su hija (por cierto excelente Chef) estuvo conmigo en el colegio.....y si conozco todos esos sitios de Marbella....viviste la epoca dorada Marbelli, ahora todo ha cambiado.
