An excellent bass player Mark King presents his concept of progjazzrock music here. It is interesting how brilliantly he manages electric guitar and drums and, of course, arrangement and composition. Mark is a real king of world funk jazz music, and he is good at finding his place on this blog. I am a great enthusiast for Level 42 and all the musicians who worked with the band.

Hi Bohumil...I am a great fan too....I had a drummer friend of mine that introduce me to the band before they have a comercial suscced....we use to talk about the incredible groove they had...the first two lps were the best ones for my liking....you know even Allan Holdsworth play guitar in one record they recorded in 1985 ??? That is the Quality musiciana they are....thanks for your comments.Saludos PPJZZ.

Yes, Allana Holdswortha brought drummer Gary Husband, who has worked with him for a long time and is also a great keyboardist. Gary publishes the albums with modern jazz, collaborating with John McLaughlin and Billy Cobham, all of which are simply great players and is delighted to discover their work. It is a pity that these gentlemen are already relatively old and are slowly leaving us. Fortunately, their music remains for joy and inspiration.

Well that is part of life....Allan Holdsworth leave us relativetly young....but he still is a unique player with a unique view of understanding music and an amazing tecnique...when you see him on video everything seems so effortlessly....but try to play that fast with the guitar....imposible.
I didnt know that Gary Husband play piano as well as he play the guitar...Ill have to check him out....thanks for the comments.Saludos PPJZZ.
